Building a new future in the medical field

More than 300 implementation cases
overseas

In key hospitals across China, we have successfully implemented over 300 cases in large hospitals with 600 to 5,000 beds. Since 2019, with more than five years of social implementation, we have accumulated extensive expertise, technology, and data. Based on evidence gathered in the field, we can respond to various customer needs.

Protecting and utilizing the expertise of human resources

Faced with an increase in the number of patients due to aging, severe staff shortages in medical settings, and demands for improved work styles, task shifting to autonomous transport robots enables professionals to focus on their core duties.

Introduction flow

STEP 1 "Task Sorting Phase" Transport Situation Investigatio By interviewing medical staff about their work content, we visualize work tasks while also conducting surveys on the facility's unique characteristics, the volume and size of transport materials, and transport routes.
STEP 2 "Environmental Survey Phase" Investigation of Hospital Corridors, Elevators, Automatic Doors, and Traffic Restrictions We conduct investigations on communication environments and equipment for elevator and automatic door coordination, as well as on-site surveys to identify obstacles and special conditions along the transport route.
STEP 3 "Management Design Phase" Proposal of the Optimal Autonomous Transport System for Customers We propose implementation tests and implementation plans based on the needs of each facility and management improvement.
STEP 4 "Trial Implementation Phase" Verification of Autonomous Transport Robots and Management System Operations Through proper use of robots, we quantitatively and qualitatively confirm their effectiveness in enabling medical staff to focus on their core task of providing high-quality medical care.

Specialized in various transportation and management within the hospital

The increasing number of patients due to the aging of the population and the need to secure human resources are pressing issues in the medical field. The autonomous transport robot AI-MHOS has already been introduced in over 300 facilities, including major hospitals in China, and its implementation is expanding further due to its ability to enhance safety and efficiency. Additionally, AI-MHOS flexibly adapts to different hospital applications. It can be customized according to the scale and characteristics of each medical facility, handling a wide range of transport and support tasks.

POINT 1

Cost Reduction through Improved Work Efficiency!

By having robots handle transport tasks, we resolve staffing issues. Additionally, automatic sensing and logging, along with automated process management, enable safe and efficient material operation. This not only reduces labor costs but also helps minimize expenses caused by human errors.

POINT 2

Enabling Medical Staff to Focus on Patient Care!

By reducing transport tasks performed by medical staff, they can concentrate on their primary duties, leading to improved work quality in specialized fields. This ensures time to engage with patients and their treatment, delivering high-quality care and increasing patient satisfaction.

POINT 3

Reduced Risk of Infections!

Non-contact transport lowers the risk of infection within the hospital, ensuring the safe transportation of specimens, meals, and linens. Additionally, by entrusting transport robots with deliveries to restricted-access areas, safety is enhanced, and security is strengthened.

Operating Room & Central Supply Room: Instrument Transport

Autonomous transport robots facilitate the transport of sterilized instruments from the central supply room to the operating room, as well as the transportation of contaminated instruments, empty containers, and hygiene materials from the operating room. They efficiently link multiple locations, optimizing waiting times for both personnel and robots.

Examination Center : Specimen Transport

Robots collect and transport specimens such as blood, urine, and microbiological samples from outpatient treatment rooms and hospital wards to the examination center. The use of smart cabinets with secure non-contact transport reduces infection risks and ensures safe handling even on routes with heavy foot traffic. Transport tracking and transfer log recording functions enable advanced management.

Pharmacy Department & Wards
Outpatient Department: Pharmaceutical Transport

Robots are highly effective in temporarily transporting medications from the pharmacy to hospital wards, especially during staff shortages on holidays and at night. By integrating with various modules, robots can collaborate with elevators, automatically open doors to high-security areas, and safely transport medicines even in general wards where patients move around. A complete lock system (password, IC card, fingerprint recognition, facial recognition) ensures comprehensive security.

Medical Waste Transport

Using robots for medical waste transport reduces infection risks and prevents human errors such as needlestick injuries, drug exposure, and falls or collisions. By seamlessly integrating with the hospital's medical waste management system and hygiene management system, it enables real-time tracking of transport status, weight, dispatchers, and recipients, with automatic aggregation and report generation for enhanced safety management.

Smart Cabinets : Detachable Type

Autonomous transport robot AI-MHOS is equipped with various specialized cabinets. All cabinets are designed exclusively for hospitals, featuring unmatched practicality and scalability. Among them, detachable smart cabinets provide hospitals with essential high-security measures, ensuring the safe transport of materials and full traceability of all processes. Additionally, these cabinets support busy medical professionals with drop-off functions and system designs. As a manufacturer specializing in hospital applications, our advanced technology helps streamline hospital operations and reduce workforce requirements.
